My intuitive coaching style helps assess your specific needs to get to the root of physical, spiritual and or emotional upset; body mind and soul. I utilize sound therapy, Reiki, essential oils and more. Often times emotional upset can cause physical symptoms or what is referred to as dis-ease in the body. I will work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.
